General Civil Mediation Training & Practicum

(28 Hours)

Participants will learn how to mediate disputes for businesses, accident cases, churches, organizations, and neighborhoods.

Domestic Mediation

Training  (42 Hours)

Participants will learn how to mediate divorces, legitimation, custody, visitation, child support, and domestic violence cases.

Assisting the Elder

Probate Mediation

(3 Hours)

Participants will learn how to mediate guardianships, conservatorships, and other estate administration issues.

Participants will learn how to mediation cases  where a caregiver has abused or neglected a child.  Cases can include children in foster care or private dependency matters.
